• Do you hire the venue ? Yes! Please fill in the event hire document here - VIP
• Is there Wheelchair access? Yes, we have a Wheelchair ramp at our main entrance. the only steps are at this entrance, where we place this ramp. Also we have a toilet for disabled, with a radar key. We also have normal chairs with back support, please request directly with our team.

Directions and Parking

• Do you have Parking? Yes, there is a car park around the corner on Barn st meets Fazeley - st ----> a few others 🚗 North Yard Car Park 🅿️ Fazeley Street Car Park 🚘 Trinity Street Car Park
• You may park on River street, after 6pm mon - sat
• Wheres the nearest station? We are a 10 minute walk from Moor St station map directions

By Car

• B5 5SA 30 / 34 river street right off Digbeth High Street

• Alternatively coming from the M6 leads to the A38 which leads to the Halfords Roundabout aka Garrison Cirus. google maps route from Halfords
  

For Bingo and nightime events:

• Do you have a dress code? No spiky shoes, workwear or sportswear 
  
• Are under 18’s allowed? Not to Bingo but otherwise yes, until 8pm
  
• I am over 18 but my passport is out of date? Please bring Photo ID. We operate a Challenge 25 proof of age scheme, which will be in operation at the premises where the only acceptable forms of identification are recognised photographic identification cards, such as a driving licence, passport or proof of age card with the PASS hologram
  
• Do you have a search policy? yes, we always have a strict search policy and are even more aware of the current risks
